History
Tutor Saliba was born from A.G. Tutor Company,
Inc., which was founded by Albert G. Tutor in 1949. After
graduating from the University of Southern California in 1963,
Ronald N. Tutor joined his father's firm. Then in 1972, A.G.
Tutor Company Inc., formed a partnership with N.M. Saliba
Company. In 1981, Tutor-Saliba Corporation was formed with
Ronald N. Tutor as president. As a result of this partnership,
Tutor-Saliba has experienced substantial growth, from $10 million
per year in 1972 to over $500 million per year.
